Registration Information

Fees

A $125 registration fee includes course materials, two breakfasts, three lunches and Blackboard course registration.

• A valid email address is required to register on-line.  If you prefer, print a copy of the registration form and fax it to Pam Smith, 419.530.7240. 

Registration Deadlines

Session One: June 24-26, 2008

Auburn Career Center

payment must be received by June 13, 2008

Session Two:  July 29-31, 2008

North Central State College

payment must be received by July 18, 2008

Registration Limit

Each session is limited to 40 participants. An August session will be added if there is sufficient demand.

Billing

• Participants can pay by personal check or money order.
   

• An invoice will be generated from the online registration and mailed to the billing contact.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend, you must notify Pam Smith one week prior to start date of the academy you registered to qualify for a refund.
