“The older I
get, the more I realize that having a
skill translates into getting a good
job. The right training goes a long way
in the world.”
Last summer, Evan was one of 30 students
nationwide selected for an NFL
internship. He visited NFL training
camps and preseason match-ups, where he
met well-known players and celebrities
like Phil Collins. After two tryouts—he
was offered a job and is now the
company’s youngest cinematographer.
Evan believes his dream job is a direct
result of his College Tech Prep
interactive media program, which he
describes as a “hands-on community”.
“That was a
great experience,” he says. “My career
started in high school. College Tech
Prep is a really good springboard from
high school to college and professional
career.”
