Key Responsibilities

• Develop Career Fields Content Standards, the foundation of College Tech Prep curriculum from grades 11-14, minimum.
   

• Draft profiles and convene a series of profile review panels to verify the accuracy and validity of content, stakeholder relevance and academic integrity.
   

• Review competency profiles and pathways to reflect changing employment demands and offer students maximum opportunity.
   

• Coordinate professional development and support including the Ohio College Tech Prep Academy.
