Programs may begin in ninth grade and extend to completion of a bachelor’s degree

Articulation agreements that define the relationship between high school and college.

Programs focusing on high skill areas such as engineering, health, science, environmental studies, business and information technologies.

Equal access for special populations. Curriculum development.

In-service education for teachers and counselors.
